Technical sheets - Ryuga Tools
The “Ryuga” tools are produced in China, using “OEM” quality for the Japanese market, by a top quality garden tool factory. Being the first tools of this plant (the subsidiary of the YM group) to be marketed outside Japan. The RYUGA tools obey production and quality control with Japanese standard.
Quality Control Method
In the initial production process of Bonsai tools, metal parts must be properly merged by hand before molded. The necessary heating to the cutting zone modeling process is given exclusively in this area not focusing on the handles, to ensure the final resistance of the tool
Another important step is the oil cooling process to harden the part of the blade. Any failures arising from an incorrect casting process will seriously affect the quality of the blade that may end up leaving. In fact, there is no technique to ensure proper casting of the part before the oil cooling process. Thus a good control method is crucial to confirm the final quality of the tool.
Ryuga" tools comply with high quality parameters defined by the producer, so as to simultaneously ensure the consistency of material quality, as well as the functionality of the material.
After treatment with cold oil, each part of the tool passes through the pressure test to ensure the quality of the blade as below screenshot shown.
Only the pieces that pass this test continue the finishing process. Each piece is subjected to a second pressure test, ensuring the quality of the whole piece, especially in the handles. The handles should not bend after strong pressure...
Done?...NO!
The final test should be the functional test. . cut dry wood to ensure that the cut result is sharp and clean in the middle, and that the handles do not bend...
Any lower quality, will cause the cut result, will leave the tool or open the blades ...
These strict quality control procedures are carried out in all different “Ryuga” tool models prior to shipment, including scissors.
We hope this way, have managed to help you choose the best tools of Bonsai.
